The primary focus of this role will be supporting the day-to-day finance and administration activities of the business, including accounting, invoice processing, payments and cash flow management. Over time, and depending on your development and interests, opportunities may arise to become involved in reporting, financial analysis and broader finance projects.

What Will You Do? The role initially focuses on hands‑on finance administration and accounting. As you gain experience and develop your skills, you may gradually become involved in a broader range of finance activities, including reporting, financial analysis and controlling. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting daily accounting and finance administration activities
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Assisting with bank reconciliations and cash management
Maintaining and organizing financial records and documentation
Supporting month‑end closing activities and financial analyses
Who Are We Looking For? This opportunity is suitable for:
Final‑year Bachelor’s or Master’s students looking for an internship with the possibility of a permanent position afterwards
Recent graduates starting their professional career
Early‑career professionals with up to one year of work experience
You are:
Studying or recently graduated in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
Analytical, curious and interested in understanding how businesses operate
Proactive, accurate and organized in your work
Comfortable working with numbers and data
Good Excel skills and an interest in working with digital tools and systems
Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different functions and locations
Fluent in Italian and able to communicate in English
Are you looking for an internship or graduation assignment? At FibrXL Italy, we are open to combining this opportunity with a study‑related project, thesis or graduation assignment.
What Do We Offer?
The gross annual salary ranges between EUR 25,000 and EUR 30,000 for full-time employment, depending on experience and qualifications
