Your Mission:

We are looking to hire an experienced Finance Intern to join our Finance team in Castelletto. The intern will have the chance to support the team in daily activities, gaining practical skills and a comprehensive understanding of administrative and accounting processes both for the parent company and the group’s subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

During the internship, the selected candidate will observe and assist with the following activities:

• Management of the accounts receivable cycle: issuing and recording invoices, monitoring and recording payments.
• Management of the accounts payable cycle: recording supplier invoices, verifying documentation, supporting payment processes.
• Support in general accounting and preparation of internal reports.
• Collaboration with the team on monthly closing activities and account reconciliations.
• Interaction with other company departments and international subsidiaries.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Enrollment in a degree program in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Interest in the administrative/accounting field.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Office tools.
• Accuracy, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
• Good command of English (preferred).
