Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly hands-on Finance, HR & Corporate Systems Specialist to join our IT Finance, HR & Corporate Functions team. The successful candidate will be the technical and functional backbone for core administrative systems across our multinational environment. This role requires 5-6 years of experience with a strong focus on SAP Finance modules and critical corporate integrations, ensuring system stability and supporting strategic financial, HR, and investment processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • SAP Finance Core Management: Act as the subject matter expert for SAP Finance systems, providing hands-on support, design, implementation and evolution of core modules: SAP FI (Financial Accounting), SAP CO (Controlling) , and the IM-PS (Investment Management and Project System) module.
  • Multi-ERP Context Support: Support three distinct SAP landscapes (EMEA, LATAM for specialty vehicles and ITALY for Trucks), ensuring process consistency and compliance across financial and corporate functions.
  • Corporate System Integrations: Design, implement, and maintain critical integrations between the ERP systems and corporate control tools, including:
  • Integration with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and corporate reporting systems.
  • Support for the overall Product Costing processes.
  • Management of systems related to Investment Management .
  • HR & Corporate Application Support: Provide functional support and ensure the integration of key HR and corporate applications, including systems like ADP , core SAP HR modules , and travel/expense management tools such as Concur .
  • Regulatory & Localization Expertise: Drive projects related to regulatory compliance, leveraging prior experience in implementing electronic invoicing solutions (B2B, B2G) .


Specific Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • Mandatory Expertise (5+ Years): Deep, hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SAP FI, CO, and IM-PS modules in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Integration Knowledge: Proven ability to manage data integration between ERP and corporate performance management (CPM) tools like HFM and external reporting platforms.
  • E-Invoicing: Direct experience with the design and implementation of solutions for electronic invoicing (B2B and B2G) .
  • International Localization: Experience with the design, maintenance, and evolution of SAP Finance systems, specifically focusing on Brazilian localization requirements, is a significant plus.
  • HR/Corporate Tools: Familiarity with supporting core HR processes within systems like ADP, SAP HR modules, and Concur .

  • Languages: Native-level Italian and Fluent English are mandatory. Knowledge of Portuguese or German is considered an asset.
