Finance Executive

We are looking for Finance Executive for Çimsa Adriatico.

This position is in Trieste, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all accounting and financial records in line with Group policies, IFRS, and local regulations
• Managing end-to-end financial reporting processes (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and presenting results to headquarters and relevant stakeholders
• Preparing and consolidating budget, forecast, and long-term financial plans;
  closely monitoring fixed and variable costs and performing variance and root cause analyses
• Overseeing inventory and stock level controls in close coordination with operations, production, and cost control teams
• Leading cash flow management, managing treasury-related activities, including liquidity planning and financial risk monitoring
• Coordinating and leading internal and external audit processes and supporting tax filings in cooperation with external advisors,
• Analyze product profitability, sales performance, cash estimations and related management reports
• Acting as the finance lead for SAP and other finance-related IT projects, ensuring continuous process improvement and system efficiency
• Supporting local and global management with P&L-focused analyses, strategic financial insights, and decision-making support
• Collaboration with the local finance team, fostering a strong control and performance-oriented culture

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• More than 3 years of experience in Audit, Finance, Controlling in a multinational company
• Audit experience in Big Four audit companies is a plus
• Having experience in IFRS
• Having experience in SAP
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of energy and self-motivation
• Advanced proficiency in English is required;
  Italian and Turkish is a plus
