Since 2019, Qair has been actively developing greenfield projects in Italy, building a robust pipeline of photovoltaic and wind projects across the peninsula. Within the Finance Department of Qair Italia S.r.l., the Finance Director is responsible for the operational management of the company's financial activities, ensuring economic solidity, regulatory compliance, and supporting investment decisions in the renewable energy sector.

Main Tasks

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to top management and stakeholders.
• Supervise treasury, liquidity management, and relationships with banks and investors.
• Coordinate M&A activities, project financing, and structuring of complex operations for new plants.
• Ensure regulatory and tax compliance, including financial risk management.
• Define and implement the financial strategy aligned with corporate and sustainability objectives.
• Support the CEO and Board in strategic decisions and long-term planning.
• Lead the Finance team, promoting efficiency and process digitalization.
• Oversee IT alignment with business objectives together with HQ dedicated functions.
• Manage Facility operations to guarantee efficiency, safety, and sustainability of company premises.
• Manage & coordinate with HR to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development
• Work in close collaboration and provide support to HQ for strategic and operational initiatives
• Manage and coordinate the Legal department to ensure compliance, corporate affairs and risk mitigation.

Skills Required

Education and Experience

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields; MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial roles, including 5 as CFO or Finance Director.
• Background in energy, infrastructure, or renewable companies.
• At least 2 years of financial or investment consulting experience

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of project financing, investment tools, and tax regulations.
• Excellent command of ERP systems and financial analysis tools.
• Proven experience in international contexts and matrix organizations

Personal Skills

• Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strategic vision and result orientation.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic contexts.

Languages

• Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written) are required.
• Knowledge of French would be an advantage.
