Overall objective:
The Financial Director supports the successful development of the cluster through effective financial steering and business partnering to the MD of the cluster and the cluster leadership team. Orchestration of the finance organization of the cluster. Breakdown and implementation of cluster targets from Regional Finance and responsibility for cluster financial results. Application of commercial finance methodologies, tools and instruments to cluster finance organization with respective cluster adjustments, where appropriate.
Responsabilities:
- Conduct financial analyses and communicate key financial developments frequently to Regional Finance Director as well as Cluster MD/Cluster management team
- Responsible for achieving financial budget figures, together with the other memberso of the Cluster Management team
- Ensuring accuracy of forecasts and budget of Sales Domestic and overall costs of the Cluster
- Offer financial guidance to Cluster MD/Cluster management team for key business decisions, inc. but not limited to financial planning, market investments (A&CS, Own Retail , etc), customer/channel/territory profitability, cost development
- Ensure compliant local process execution and actively support process harmonization and standardization locally under functional guidance of the RFD, HQ ando/or MGS
- Strategic development and operational management of the cluster controlling organization under the functional guidance of Regional Finance Director
- Risk management for the cluster
- Support of structural finance projects of commercial finance and regional finance
- Align and coordinate dicisions from Procurement, Logistics, HR and other key global functions regarding cost/P&L development for Cluster
- Ensure legal compliance of business related topics (Antitrust, Privacy, etc)
- Leadership of Cluster FP&A team
