AMIRI is seeking a Finance Director, Europe who reports directly to the Global CFO. They oversee and strengthen the financial infrastructure of the business across the European region. Based in Milan, this role will act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring financial discipline, and regulatory compliance while supporting the brand’s continued growth across Europe.

The role will also have a strong leadership component, foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence, and support talent development and organizational growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial strategy and performance management for the European region in alignment with global business objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting processes.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance across the region.
  • Partner closely with the global finance team and CFO on financial planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee legal and compliance matters across the European region, ensuring adherence to local regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders on contractual matters, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Ensure governance standards and corporate policies are implemented consistently across markets.
  • Oversee the management of corporate insurance programs across Europe, ensuring appropriate coverage and coordination with insurance providers and brokers.
  • Support and supervise real estate related matters, including lease negotiations, renewals, and contractual obligations in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Finance leadership roles, ideally within luxury, fashion, or international retail environments.
  • Strong understanding of European financial regulations, compliance, and operational frameworks.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, international organizations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
