The Role
The Finance & Credit Controller is responsible for preparing and monitoring the strategic plan, budget, and quarterly/annual financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The role involves detailed variance analysis, cost control, financial reporting, and supporting strategic project management while collaborating with various departments and senior management.
Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility

  • Monitoring Accounts Receivable and supervising activities performed by the Shared Service Centers located abroad, including Credit Controlling and Credit Management.
  • Supervising general accounting activities carried out by the Shared Service Centers.
  • Managing monthly and annual closing processes in accordance with corporate deadlines and accounting standards.
  • Participating in the preparation of the annual Budget and managing the monthly Forecast to be submitted to Headquarters.
  • Collaborating in the preparation of the Statutory Financial Statements, in coordination with external consultants.
  • Analyzing variances between budgeted and actual results, identifying performance gaps, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Providing support to external auditors during both interim and year end audit cycles.
  • Performing any additional activities required to support the Finance & Services Department.
Minimum Qualifications
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial reporting.
  • Experience in business controlling or as a Finance Business Partner is considered an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Solid working knowledge of SAP and BW.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently with accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Proven ability to work with customers and manage Accounts Receivable processes.
