For the Italian branch of a German international company operating in the industrial automation sector, we are looking for a
Finance & Controlling Specialist
The role will support the management of accounting and financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting and acting as a key interface between the local organization, corporate finance and external accounting providers.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting activities and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Coordinate with external accounting providers and support monthly and yearly closings
- Prepare financial reports for local management and corporate headquarters
- Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable and payment processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls
- Support audit activities and liaise with external advisors
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office
- Experience in an international environment is a plus
- Fluent English (B2/C1)
Based in Milan area.
