Reporting directly to Management, this role is the financial backbone of the Maison.Contract type: 6-month fixed-term contract (contratto a tempo determinato), with possibility of conversion to permanent (contratto a tempo indeterminato)Type: Full-timeLocation: Milan, ItalyStart date: As soon as possibleSalary: 28 000 – 32 000 € gross annual Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Business Control– Monitor and manage cash flow: forecasting, liquidity planning, financing needs– Build and update business plans and financial projections– Analyse performance by channel (wholesale, e-commerce, marketplaces) — margin, revenue, profitability– Track budgets and proactively identify cost optimisation levers– Design and maintain financial reporting dashboards for ManagementAccounting & Administration– Oversee accounting flows for France and Italy, in coordination with external accountants– Monitor client receivables (wholesale, e-commerce, marketplaces) and follow up on outstanding payments– Manage supplier payments and payment schedules– Structure and continuously improve accounting processesDaily Operations & Administration– Handle day-to-day administrative tasks: legal documents, contracts, and invoicing– Manage shipping documentation and customs paperwork for international orders– Record daily accounting entries and track expenses and receipts– Run monthly reconciliations: bank statements, supplier accounts, and paymentsCore Skills– Financial controlling & cash flow management– Operational and analytical accounting– Financial reporting & KPI dashboards– Budget tracking and cost analysis– Process structuring and tool implementation– Cross-functional xdwybme collaborationProfile– Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business (or related fields)– 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit or financial controlling– Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail– Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with accounting and BI tools is a plus– Fluent in English and in Italian, French is a strong plus– Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive– Genuine interest in fashion, luxury, or the creative industriesWhy Join Rowen Rose– A role with real ownership over the financial structure of the Maison– Direct collaboration with the founder and Management– International exposure across France, Italy, and global wholesale markets– Entrepreneurial environment within a growing contemporary luxury brand, where your work has immediate, visible impact– A genuine opportunity to grow with the brand and convert to a permanent position
