Overview

The resource will join the Finance Controlling team and report directly to the Senior Finance Controller. The role will provide operational and managerial support for finance activities related to special projects associated with the Region’s separation process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and full compliance with internal procedures.


Main Responsibilities

Project Support – Separation Project

  • Serve as a point of contact for project-related activities dedicated to the separation.
  • Coordinate information flows, gather requirements, and prepare operational and documentation materials.
  • Monitor project progress, manage follow-ups, and support the Senior Finance Controller in overseeing project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in separation activities.
  • Contribute to the harmonization and improvement of processes following the separation.


Role Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
  • Initial experience in a Finance role, preferably within multinational or structured environments.
  • Familiarity with AR/AP/RTR processes and internal control principles.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and main Office tools; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) is a plus.
  • Good command of English.
  • Accuracy, strong organizational skills, and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
