FINANCE - Controller

We are looking for a Real estate Financial Controller for one of our clients, a fashion retail / international sport business company with HQ in Como.

As a Real estate Financial Controller, you will oversee the financial operations of our construction projects and our business with a focus on retail/rent in Italy. Your role will involve financial planning, budget management, and analysis to ensure the success and profitability of our funds business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Provide financial guidance and analysis for commercial office redevelopment projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial goals are met.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk assessments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Financial Controller in the real estate/property/retail
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities

Request: Fluent English. The profile will be based in Como (Smart working 1 day). Proficiency in Oracle/Excel is required.
