This is a high-impact role where your insight and challenge will influence regional strategy and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:
- Act as the primary Finance Business Partner to senior regional sales leaders, providing clear financial guidance and strategic insight.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis to support business plans and performance tracking.
- Translate regional and marketing strategies into actionable financial implications, ensuring alignment with global priorities.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, process improvements, and enhanced productivity.
- Collaborate with finance teams across distribution, investment, and operations to maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality financial insight.
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, including automation and data-driven solutions.
The Finance Business Partner will meet the following candidate criteria:
- Experience in asset management or a related financial services sector, with strong understanding of financial and operational drivers.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, contributing in a matrixed international environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with a focus on accuracy and actionable insight.
