The Role
As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist, you will report directly to the Finance Director and play a key role in supporting the company’s financial control, planning, and performance analysis activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve management control and reporting systems;
- Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, on a monthly and annual basis;
- Monitor and support the financial performance of foreign subsidiaries;
- Perform financial controlling, analysis, and planning activities;
- Prepare financial models and analyses to support investment evaluation and capital allocation decisions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to support strategic initiatives;
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial standards and internal control requirements;
- Support financial governance and continuous improvement initiatives at group level.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or similar roles, preferably within structured industrial or manufacturing organizations;
- Experience in standard costing gained within a manufacturing context;
- Solid knowledge of accounting and controlling principles, including transfer pricing, SOX, and relevant regulatory standards;
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query;
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Qlik is considered a plus;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset;
- Availability to travel internationally, as required, to support foreign subsidiaries;
