The Role

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist, you will report directly to the Finance Director and play a key role in supporting the company’s financial control, planning, and performance analysis activities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, implement, and continuously improve management control and reporting systems;
  • Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, on a monthly and annual basis;
  • Monitor and support the financial performance of foreign subsidiaries;
  • Perform financial controlling, analysis, and planning activities;
  • Prepare financial models and analyses to support investment evaluation and capital allocation decisions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to support strategic initiatives;
  • Ensure compliance with corporate financial standards and internal control requirements;
  • Support financial governance and continuous improvement initiatives at group level.


Requirements


  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or similar roles, preferably within structured industrial or manufacturing organizations;
  • Experience in standard costing gained within a manufacturing context;
  • Solid knowledge of accounting and controlling principles, including transfer pricing, SOX, and relevant regulatory standards;
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query;
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken);
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Qlik is considered a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset;
  • Availability to travel internationally, as required, to support foreign subsidiaries;
