Experteer Overview
In this role you ensure accurate financial reporting at Group and statutory levels, with strong internal controls and compliance. You lead the accounting team, delivering timely insights to the CFO and driving improvements in processes aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. You oversee complex closing cycles, consolidations, and statutory/IFRS reporting while managing tax, audits, and intercompany activity. This position combines financial leadership with cross‑functional collaboration to sustain sustainable growth and governance in a luxury brand environment. Retribuzione / Benefits
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in IFRS and Local GAAP, aligned with Group policies Supervise accounting operations: general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and reporting Develop and implement internal controls and procedures Collaborate with CFO to align accounting goals with business strategy and scalable approaches Manage tax compliance, declarations (VAT, corporate income tax), and related fiscal obligations Oversee cash flow, intercompany transactions, and treasury management Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and authorities Lead consolidation and corporate financial reporting in line with Group requirements Leverage SAP accounting system for data integrity and reporting Support CFO on accounting compliance and ad hoc analyses Mentor and develop the finance team, promoting best practices Communicate financial concepts to non‑finance stakeholders Responsabilità
Master in Finance 5‑10 years in financial controlling with strong accounting expertise IFRS and Italian GAAP knowledge, including consolidation accounting Strong knowledge of local and international tax regulations ERP experience with SAP S4; familiarity with Power BI and other analytics tools; advanced Excel Weekly travel to Valenza site Ability to clearly communicate financial concepts to non‑finance stakeholders Proactive, results‑driven, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Fluency in English and Italian; French a plus Requisiti fondamentali
Salary range 55K–65K 8 EUR ticket for each worked day Welfare
