Job Title: Final Signatory
Location: Remote (Italy-based)
Contract Duration: 6 months initially (with high potential of extension)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Final Signatory to support a leading pharmaceutical company on a 6-month remote contract. The ideal candidate will be based in Italy and qualified to certify promotional and non-promotional materials in line with AIFA regulations and the Farmindustria Code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Final Signatory in accordance with Italian regulatory requirements and Farmindustria Code.
- Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials across therapeutic areas.
- Provide compliance and strategic input to medical, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all materials meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to address risk areas.
- Support process improvements, training, and internal audits related to promotional compliance.
Requirements:
- Must be eligible to act as a Final Signatory in Italy under AIFA and Farmindustria requirements.
- Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related life sciences field.
- Strong understanding of Italian pharmaceutical regulatory landscape.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Proven experience as a Final Signatory within a global pharmaceutical setting.
- Familiarity with digital approval systems (e.g. Veeva PromoMats).
- Experience reviewing materials for product launches, medical education, and HCP engagement.
