Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analysis & Reporting Specialist to join our FP&A Italian team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Controlling within a multinational environment and demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making processes and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial performance analyses, identifying variances across actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Monitor and analyze operational costs to support business units in identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and manage periodic performance reports for senior management, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Analyze customer and warehouse profitability to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, aligning with corporate objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting and other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Engage with primary stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations that drive business growth.
  • Support the Transportation and Logistic BU in Italy, ensuring financial accuracy and visibility for business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial Controlling, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting within a multinational context.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud or similar accounting systems and advanced Excel skills; experience with integrated reporting systems connected to Oracle Cloud is highly desirable.
  • Fluent Italian (mandatory) and strong English skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate dynamic business needs and priorities.
  • Innate curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, maintaining high-quality standards within established deadlines.
