Field Training Officer – Datacenter Security
Our client, a leading multinational organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Field Training Officer to support their global datacenter security program spanning over 30 countries. As the primary training resource for a campus or metro location, you will lead onboarding and ongoing training for security personnel, maintain accurate training records, support audits, and collaborate with campus and regional leadership to ensure high security standards and a strong culture of safety. You will identify training gaps, implement structured development plans, and contribute to process improvements to continuously enhance the security program.
Reporting to the Campus Security Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the skills and capabilities of security teams while working closely with leadership across multiple sites. This position offers exposure to global operations, cross-regional collaboration, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on a prestigious client in the technology sector.
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the security industry and/or business management
• At least 2 years of training experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage training documentation
• Professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

• Experience in data center environments
• Experience in training development or instructional design
• Experience supporting multi-site or global operations
