Field Service Engineer – Milan, Italy - €40,000 - €50,000 + Benefits
Overview:

They are looking for a Field Service Engineer to support their energy storage and solar inverter solutions across Italy. You’ll be the go-to expert for on-site installations, commissioning, maintenance, and customer support, ensuring our cutting-edge technology performs at its best.
What you’ll do:
- Own and resolve customer issues on-site.
- Support commissioning and acceptance testing.
- Perform installations, upgrades, and repairs.
- Ensure safety compliance and accurate documentation.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve service operations.
What you’ll bring:
- Electrical engineering or technician background.
- Solid understanding of AC/DC, low/medium voltage systems.
- Italian and English language skills.
- Experience with solar PV or battery storage is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset and readiness to travel.
