As a Field Service Engineer , you’ll be the hands-on expert ensuring advanced PV and battery storage solutions perform at their best. If you love solving technical challenges, working with cutting-edge electrical systems, and building strong customer relationships, this is your opportunity to shine.
What You’ll Do:
- Own customer issues and deliver exceptional service.
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Support project teams during commissioning and site acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
- Provide analytical service reports and suggest improvements.
- Participate in claim management and maintain service tools.
- Travel across Italy (50–60% of the time).
What You’ll Need:
- Electrical Technician or Engineer background
- Proficiency in Italian & English (B2 or higher).
- Experience with Solar PV or battery storage (BESS) is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills under pressure.
