Field Service Manager - South East (m/f/d)

As a Field Service Manager (m/f/d), you will lead and manage a team of Field Service Technicians.

You will develop, improve, and motivate the organization to deliver the best service customers expect, making it the best place to work and targeting growth, efficiency, and margin.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Field Service Technicians and provide ongoing coaching and guidance.
• Drive business results by effectively managing customer relationships.
• Structure the countries and areas to become best in class regarding customer satisfaction, employee engagement, growth, and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and the Alpitronic Quality Management System.

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• At least 4 years of experience leading a team of Field Service Technicians.
• Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of developing teams.
• Solid experience in managing customer relationships.
• Well organized, with a structured work ethic and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Italian, or German are an advantage.
