The ideal candidate has several years of prior experience as an assembler of automatic machines and/or systems. Availability for travel within Italy, Europe, and beyond is required. Trips may last from one week up to a maximum of three consecutive weeks, primarily abroad. Occasionally, longer trips may be necessary. These assignments may involve the installation of machinery/lines or addressing urgent customer machine downtimes. A preliminary product training period of approximately three months at the headquarters in Canelli (AT) is required, along with subsequent periodic training/update courses.**HARD SKILLS:*** Experience in the role;* Technical diploma (mechanical, mechatronic, electrical, or electronic) or similar, and, in general, a technical background (good knowledge of mechanical drawings and, as an added value, the ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams);* Languages: English is essential; knowledge of French and Spanish is an added value.**SOFT SKILLS:*** Problem-solving;* Teamwork;* Seriousness and professionalism;* Excellent presentation and communication skills;* Ability to adapt to established company procedures and processes;* Flexibility;* Ability to relate to colleagues and clients#LI-NB1#LI-REMOTE*At Barry-Wehmiller we recognize that people come with a wealth of experience and talent beyond just the technical requirements of a job.
