A company with many years of experience providing technological solutions for the medical sector is looking for a FieldServiceEngineer for the Veneto, Trentino, and Friuli regions.

The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance for medical devices installed in healthcare facilities, ensuring proper equipment operation and supporting customers in optimally using the solutions provided. Installation, testing, and routine and extraordinary maintenance of medical equipment. Diagnosis and resolution of technical faults, both remotely and on-site. Training of medical and technical staff on the correct use of equipment. Preparation of intervention reports and updating of technical documentation. Collaboration with the sales and technical support teams to improve the customer experience. Compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.

Competenze ed esperienza

• Diploma or degree in technical disciplines (electronics, mechatronics , biomedical engineering or similar).
• Previous experience in technical support or similar roles.
• Knowledge of electronic and electromechanical systems and diagnostic software.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Availability to travel frequently within the area.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused skills.
