Job Purpose:
The FSE is responsible for performing service activities on the field (pre-installation/tender site inspections, installations, maintenance, FSCAs) in accordance with customer requirements and the QRC process. The person must be based in Napoli and will mainly manage the work area of Campania, Puglia, Molise, Calabria, and Basilicata.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Perform field service activities at customer sites such as maintenance, installation, FSCA, and site inspection in line with QRC and customer requirements/SLA.
- Provide proper documentation to customers after each activity.
- Report complaints promptly and support the follow-up process.
- Manage spare parts (stock and re-assortment) to ensure adequate quantity and type based on product and customer needs.
- Maintain valid certification for assigned products.
- Manage instruments and tools according to company rules and calibration plans.
- Create synergies with sales representatives in the field.
- Provide after-sales support and training to customers as needed.
- Contact customers after dispatching from the front office to:
- Pre-clarify technical issues.
- Define scheduling for visits.

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in technical field activities or similar roles.
IT Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Education:
Technical high school diploma or technical degree.
Languages:
Fluent Italian and at least basic English.
