We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer in Emilia Romagna . The role involves conducting service, repair, and installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. The engineer diagnoses system failures and determines cost-effective solutions, escalating complex issues as needed. The role may also involve developing new customer service or product agreements. The engineer responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory, demonstrating critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills, including honesty and empathy with customers, colleagues, and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical customer support and on-site assistance to hospital customers, occasionally during weekends and overnight.
• Escalate complex issues to higher technical support levels.
• Respond promptly to customer support calls within the assigned territory.

Key Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, or a Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma.
• Open to travel within Emilia Romagna; a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Proficient in English and Italian, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
