Talents First recruits for its client, a company operating in the wine industry, known for its expertise and strong positioning with wineries. As part of its development in Italy, our client is currently looking for a: Sales Representative Italy
Missions
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales and strengthening the company’s presence across the Italian market. You will manage both business development and key account relationships within the wine sector.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research and identifying key accounts across Italy
- Supporting the preparation and execution of the annual sales budget
- Visiting customers regularly and organizing visits to company sites when required
- Promoting the company’s brands and representing the business at industry events
- Developing direct sales with wineries, preparing offers and negotiating agreements
- Managing customer samples logistics and follow-up
- Driving overall sales development within your territory
Profile
Education & Experience
- Higher education in viticultural engineering, oenology, management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the wine industry
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage customer relationships independently and develop new business
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to handle conflicts and work in a dynamic environment
- Leadership potential or initial team management experience is a plus

Additional Information
- Location: Home office based in Italy (ideally Piemonte or Tuscany)
- Travel: Frequent travel across Italy
