Requirements

We are seeking a Field Sales professional for Milano , who is dynamic, results-oriented, with sales and negotiation experience. You will be responsible for developing the assigned territory, expanding our customer network, and promoting our BNPL services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop commercial activities through outbound efforts in the assigned territory to maximize appointments
  • Plan and manage in-person meetings with potential clients to present our product and BNPL platform
  • Identify new business opportunities via market mapping and territory analysis
  • Handle negotiations and contractual discussions with clients
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets

Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or direct selling roles
  • Ambitious, proactive, results-driven
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Owns a car and holds a B license, available for daily travel within Milan and surroundings
  • Proficient with digital tools, CRM, and sales software

Offer

  • Salary range : €23-24k fixed + €16k variable, totaling approximately €39-40k gross annually
