Field Sales Manager

INFORICH EUROPE · Milano, Italia ·

Descrizione dell'offerta

Who we are

INFORICH Europe Ltd. is part of the Japanese group that leads the power bank sharing service “CHARGESPOT”, active in over 85,000 locations across 9 countries. Ahead of the launch on the Italian market, we are building a high-impact team to ensure a capillary, scalable distribution in line with the brand’s global standards.

Role

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and results-oriented Field Sales Manager to help us rapidly grow our presence across Italy.

You will be the commercial engine in the field and the main point of reference for the sales team: you will be responsible for acquiring new partners (bars, restaurants, tobacconists, shopping malls, hotels, gyms, etc.), managing relationships with existing ones, and coordinating the work of Sales Representatives and occasional agents, ensuring execution aligned with our growth objectives.

Your contribution will be crucial to turning opportunities into signed agreements, increasing the number of active locations, and building a network of strategic points capable of supporting the service’s growth in the medium to long term.

Main Responsibilities

Business development in the field

  • Identify new strategic locations (HoReCa, retail, entertainment, travel, etc.) in the assigned areas.
  • Carry out on-site visits, present the service, negotiate commercial terms, and close agreements with partners.
  • Plan and manage a structured schedule of meetings, visits, and follow-ups.

Pipeline & targets management

  • Build and maintain a clear, up-to-date sales pipeline (from prospect to active customer).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets in terms of new installations and revenue.
  • Provide regular reporting (KPIs, forecast, results) to the Country Manager and the central team.

Installations & go-live coordination

  • Coordinate with the Operations/Logistics team for installations and replacements of units at partner locations.
  • Ensure an effective onboarding of partners: basic training on the service, app, and station operation.
  • Verify that POP materials, stickers, and in-store communication are correctly positioned.

Sales team management

  • Coordinate the work of the Sales Representatives team and any occasional sales agents in the field.
  • Support the definition of individual and team objectives and monitor progress against them.
  • Shadow and coach salespeople in the field (on-the-job coaching) to improve pitch, negotiation, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure that the team is fully aligned with commercial guidelines, processes, and required reporting.

Account management & relationship development

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with key partners, monitoring performance and service usage.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (more machines, new locations within the same group).
  • Gather feedback from partners and share it with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to improve the service.

Collaboration with Marketing

  • Work closely with the Marketing & Communication Specialist on local activations, campaign launches, and promotional initiatives.
  • Share field insights on positioning, competition, and brand perception.

Ideal Profile

Education

  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, Tourism, or related fields (not mandatory if offset by a strong commercial track record).

Experience

  • At least 3–5 years’ experience in field sales roles (Field Sales, Area Manager, Business Developer, Account Manager).
  • Experience in managing or coordinating a team of salespeople, agents, or field reps is strongly preferred.
  • Preferably experience in startups, scale-ups, B2B2C services, retail, HoReCa, FMCG, or tech/innovative solutions for points of sale.

Technical skills

  • Solid experience in consultative selling, with the ability to adapt the pitch to different stakeholders (owners, directors, chains, franchising).
  • Confidence using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and Office/Google Workspace suites.
  • Ability to read basic performance data (installations, usage, revenue per location) and act accordingly.

Soft skills

  • Strong commercial drive, results orientation, and high motivation to close deals.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, empathy, and active listening.
  • Hands-on leadership: ability to lead the team “from the field”, setting example, pace, and method.
  • Proactive mindset, practical approach, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, managing priorities, territories, and resources.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-evolving environment.

Languages

  • Italian: Native Level
  • Other Languages are a plus

Preferred pluses

  • Proven experience in managing field sales teams or agent networks.
  • Existing network in one or more key channels (HoReCa, shopping malls, tobacconists, hotels, entertainment).
  • Experience with B2B2C partnership models and/or affiliation models.

Personal qualities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong target and performance orientation.
  • Detail-oriented in managing contracts, conditions, and follow-ups.
  • Reliability, strong sense of responsibility, and ownership of both results and team.

What we offer

  • Flexible structure (hybrid model: field work, remote work, and on-site presence in Milan).
  • Competitive compensation package based on experience.
  • Variable bonus scheme linked to individual and team performance and installation/revenue results.
  • Laptop, company phone, and all necessary working tools provided.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a fast-growing organization, with potential evolution into broader commercial leadership roles.
