Your Job
- Sales responsibility for a high-revenue sales territory
- Development of tailored, innovative design-in solutions
- Active acquisition of new customers as well as long-term management and expansion of existing customer relationships
- Technical support (Design-In) during product development and project support
- Identification and presentation of relevant technologies and project opportunities
- Independent management of contract negotiations
- Effective communication with purchasing and development departments
- Continuous monitoring of market and competitive trends to identify and leverage new business opportunities
Our Requirements
- Strong sales mindset combined with solid technical expertise
- Completed technical education or degree in electronics, electrical engineering or mechatronics
- At least three years of professional experience within the electronics industry
- Native‑level Italian and excellent English skills
- Technical knowledge in connectivity solutions, fans, and micromotors
- High level of initiative and motivation to systematically develop and expand a sales territory
- Strong passion for innovation and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
