Are you a field-based beauty sales professional who thrives on being on the road, building relationships, and bringing brands to life in store?

We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Education Manager with strong Sephora beauty brand experience to lead field execution.

✨ The Role

This is a high-impact, on-the-ground role where you’ll spend the majority of your time in store visiting 100+ doors educating, motivating, and driving performance through exceptional product storytelling and relationships.

You’ll act as a true brand ambassador, working closely with store teams to elevate knowledge, increase sell-through, and ensure our products shine on the shop floor.
