This is not a stepping-stone role we’re looking for someone who already understands Sephora environments, beauty retail dynamics, and in-store execution at pace.

✨ The Role
This is a high-impact, field-based position where you’ll spend the majority of your time in-store across a large territory. You’ll be responsible for bringing the brand to life across 100+ doors, working closely with Beauty Advisors and store teams to drive sell-out, elevate product knowledge, and maximise in-store performance.
You are the face of the brand this role requires confidence, credibility, and proven experience operating within Sephora or similar environments.
