We are looking for a driven and outgoing Field Sales Representative to support the growth of our retail channels in the Italian market.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building long-term business relationships, and turning great products into strong retail sales performance. You will work closely with local retail partners, support new product launches, improve in-store visibility, and help drive engaging store-level campaigns that make customers say, “I need that!”
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will develop and maintain positive relationships with retail store owners, store managers, and sales teams through regular visits and communication.
You will support retail partners in placing orders, increasing repeat purchases, and identifying opportunities for sales growth. You will also help introduce new products to retail partners, communicate key selling points, and secure strong shelf placement and in-store exposure.
You will be responsible for following up on product displays, merchandising standards, promotional materials, and premium shelf positioning to strengthen brand presence in retail stores.
You will also plan and support engaging in-store campaigns, product education sessions, and store-level promotional activities to boost customer interest and sales results.
In addition, you will collect feedback from retail partners, track competitor activity, understand local market trends, and report useful insights to the team.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with native-level Italian fluency, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain business relationships.
Experience in retail sales, field sales, channel sales, brand promotion, or store relationship management is preferred. You should be comfortable visiting retail stores regularly and working independently in the field.
A strong sense of sales targets, customer service, and market execution is important. We value candidates who are outgoing, proactive, reliable, and results-driven.
Italy work authorization is preferred.
