Job Purpose

The Field Key Account is responsible for executing sales plans, managing trade investment and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Policy: Collaborate with Market Developers to implement the sell-out Commercial Policy.
• Negotiations: Plan, manage, and lead negotiations.
• Planning: Develop full year plans and monitor progress.
• Sales: Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution.
• Promotions: Manage promotional programs defined by the Trade Marketing for the Concessionaries managed.
• Customer needs: Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Client retention: Develop and implement long-term strategies to retain clients.
• Customer service: Resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Internal communications: Manage internal communications between clients and internal teams.

Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master graduates in Economics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Key Account roles.
