Field Electrical Installation Technician – Industrial Automation

Position Purpose

Responsible for the on-site installation of electrical systems, cable trays, and machine-side wiring for large-scale industrial automation projects. This role ensures full compliance with technical specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards, contributing to the successful delivery of complex installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install cable trays, conduits, and ducts for electrical and signal wiring
• Perform machine-side wiring and connect electrical components to industrial equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings accurately
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment for installation and fastening tasks
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate effectively with on-site teams and coordinate with other technical roles
• Support project timelines by monitoring progress and reporting on key objectives

Technical Skills

• Technical degree (industry preferred) or ten years of experience in industry.
• Five years of experience on the industry field
• Three years of experience in project management
• Technical background (electrical preferred)
• Experience with customers and supplier relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Intermediate level of English (spoken and written) B1
• Valid Category B driving license

Travel Requirements

• Minimum of 120 days per year of travel for on-site installations (national and international)
• Ability to work independently during extended assignments abroad
