On behalf of our Client a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a motivated and qualified Field Collector & Credit Management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing reconciliations and handling collection activities through various channels. This role also involves back-office tasks and frequent interaction with public and private administrations across Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute collection activities and payment reminders through multiple communication channels;
- Interface with public and private administrations to resolve outstanding issues;
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records;
- Manage back-office operations related to credit and collections;
- Support to prepare detailed reports on collection status and credit performance;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in credit management or collections, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector;
- Willingness to travel across Italy as required;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Good command of English language (written and spoken);
- Ability to manage difficult relationships and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.
