Field Collector & Credit Management

On behalf of our Client a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a motivated and qualified Field Collector & Credit Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing reconciliations and handling collection activities through various channels. This role also involves back-office tasks and frequent interaction with public and private administrations across Italy. Key Responsibilities: Execute collection activities and payment reminders through multiple communication channels; Interface with public and private administrations to resolve outstanding issues; Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records; Manage back-office operations related to credit and collections; Support to prepare detailed reports on collection status and credit performance; Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in credit management or collections, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector; Willingness to travel across Italy as required; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Good command of English language (written and spoken); Ability to manage difficult relationships and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills. Required skills: Communication and negotiation abilities; Organizational and time management skills; Attention to detail and ability to work independently; Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
