As a Field Application Engineer, you’ll act as the technical bridge between customers and next-generation power architectures, supporting design wins and driving adoption of innovative, energy-efficient technologies.
The role combines pre- and post-sales technical support, customer engagement, schematic review, and close collaboration with business development, engineering teams, and distribution partners.
Based in Milan (30–50% travel), the position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years’ experience in analog/power design or applications, strong communication skills in English and Italian, and the ability to work closely with channel partners. Automotive experience is a plus.
