Field Application Engineer

Job Summary:

For the AW segment we are looking for a field Application Engineer who will be the forefront of our company’s market expansion. This role will involve leveraing your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored engineering solutions that drive sales growth.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
• Address technical queries from clients.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer specifications are met with precision.
• Conduct detailed product presentations for potential customers tailoring software demonstrations to meet client requirements.
• Provide feedback to the product development team and sales leadership to enhance offerings based on market trends and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Computer Science, or a related field
• at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a structured company
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical requirements.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Exposure: Familiarity with project coordination and tracking.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy while handling complex tasks.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing requirements.

Other skills:

• Strong grasp of software development principles, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of operating systems, networking, and database management.
• Systems analysis and integration, ensuring seamless functionality and interoperability between different software, including AI.
• Experience in deploying, optimizing, and maintaining software.
