Client-facing regional sales and account management role
Overview
This role focuses on managing and growing restaurant and grocery partnerships within a leading online food delivery marketplace platform.
You will work directly with restaurant partners across the Tuscany region to drive commercial growth, improve operational performance, and increase customer engagement on the platform. The position combines relationship management, business development, and consultative sales within a fast-paced tech-enabled marketplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with restaurant and grocery partners across the Tuscany region
- Drive commercial performance through order growth, customer retention, and operational optimisation
- Support partners with tailored recommendations to improve sales and customer experience
- Onboard new partners and guide successful activation onto the platform
- Act as a trusted advisor to help businesses improve efficiency and profitability
- Identify growth opportunities and support expansion of the regional partner network
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support account success
- Conduct regular in-field visits and territory management activities
- Monitor account performance and implement strategies to improve engagement and results

Preferred Experience
- Experience within food delivery, hospitality, retail, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
- Territory sales or field account management experience
- Experience managing SMB or restaurant partnerships
- Customer success or consultative sales exposure
Compensation
€37,200 – €51,000 total compensation including commission
