Your Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Lexroom.ai and a product evangelist, identifying new use cases for our customers.
- Drive Lexroom’s ambitious ARR growth to position the company as a European market leader.
- Manage the entire sales funnel across both remote and in-person channels: generate opportunities, conduct product demos, organize on-site meetings, and close deals.
- Develop relationships with prospects through outbound activities, video calls, networking, events, and field meetings.
- Work closely with prospects to identify their pain points, goals, and potential development opportunities.
- Represent Lexroom in face-to-face meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor the market closely for Lexroom and provide valuable feedback from current and potential clients to the product team.
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline through accurate CRM management, follow-ups, and forecasting.
What We’re Looking For
- You have 1-3 years of experience in an on-field sales role.
- You are a power user of sales support tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.).
- You never stop learning and challenging yourself, and you're eager to join a rapidly growing startup.
- You speak both Italian and English.
- You are fast and accurate.
- You are humble and hungry.
- You take responsibility.
- You are a straight talker.
- Optional, but a bonus: You have a law degree.
Competitive Pay and Equity
Annual Salary Range: €55,000 - €65,000 OTE (uncapped and accelerated variable) and a relevant stock option package.
