FEM ANALYSIS ENGINEER – AVIATION DOMAIN
Job location: Brindisi Area
Responsibilities:
- Conduct lifing analysis for aero-engine components to determine operational lifespan and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information for lifing analysis.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to perform stress and fatigue analysis on components.
- Develop and maintain lifing models and databases to support ongoing analysis and decision-making processes.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to component lifing and propose mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years' experience in stress analysis, preferably in aero-engines or turbomachinery applications.
- Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools Ansys APDL, Ansys WB, Hypermesh, etc.
- Fluent in Italian & English.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Due to the nature of work, candidates should be Italian citizens.
