Fedeli is looking for a passionate Client Advisor to join our new flagship boutique in Via Borgognona, Rome, for a fixed-term position.
This is a unique opportunity to represent a brand renowned for its timeless elegance, refined craftsmanship, and quietly expanding global presence.
As a Client Advisor, you will embody the Fedeli values—offering an exceptional, bespoke experience to every client. You will play a key role in the boutique’s daily operations, cultivate lasting relationships through thoughtful clienteling, and actively contribute to the store’s overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and tailored service to each client, ensuring a memorable in-store experience that reflects Fedeli’s philosophy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and CRM engagement
- Support daily operations, including stock management, merchandising, and upkeep of store standards
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets through a strong understanding of product, storytelling, and customer needs
- Uphold the brand's values of sustainability, inclusion, and refined Italian style in every interaction
Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally in both menswear and womenswear.
- Strong attitude for clienteling, CRM, and delivering a personalized shopping experience.
- Passion for quality, design, and long-lasting fashion.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused and team-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing and evolving brand environment
- Fluent spoken English expected. Other languages desirable
