We are now looking for a FC Administrative Assistant to join our Italian team. This is a full‑time position, primarily based in Milan or Rome , with flexibility for travel as required.

At Obton A/S, we specialize in the procurement, development, operation, and management of large-scale solar parks and battery storage projects worldwide. Founded in 2009, we now have over 1,500 solar installations across Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America.
In 2022, we ventured into the battery storage market and today we have projects totaling 218 MW. We are part of the Obton Group, a large international organization with many skilled specialists. Our more than 300 colleagues are based at our headquarters in the beautiful surroundings of Nicolinehus on Aarhus Ø, as well as at our 10 international offices across Europe and Asia.
Primary Task
We are looking for a qualified new colleague to add to our Finance Controlling team, where some of your primary tasks will be:
- Reading and monitoring certified email accounts (correspondence with the Italian Tax Authority Agenzia delle Entrate, Chamber of Commerce);
- Support and management of administrative procedures with various entities (Italian Tax Authority Agenzia delle Entrate, Customs, Consortia, etc.);
- Signing and filing documents;
- Handling various document requests from different stakeholders (banks, advisors, headquarters);
- Unblocking and preparing payments to suppliers;
- Checking receipts;
- Using cash management platforms (Agicap);
- Categorizing payments/receipts;
- Cash management rules;
- Coordination with the Financial Controller responsible for the relevant portfolios;
- Active participation in meetings;
- Coordination and support for tax credit transfer activities;
As a part of the Financial Controlling team you will get 7 close colleagues. The common thing for us is that we are very ambitious and dedicated, but it is especially important for us to have fun while working hard.

General expectations of competences and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Basic knowledge of English language;
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Nice to have: Previous experience in professional firms or structured administrative departments;
- Available to start as soon as possible.
