Fashion Producer

We are a creative media agency exploring the connection between fashion and street

culture, creating contemporary editorial and communication projects.

We are looking for a Fashion Producer (in-house) to join our team.

Objective:

We are looking for an in-house Fashion Producer to lead the end-to-end production

process for:

• fashion campaigns (photo & video)

• editorial and digital content shoots

• lookbooks and video content for digital platforms

Ensuring creative excellence, operational efficiency, and seamless coordination

across all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of photo and video production, from concept development to final

delivery

• Coordinate with creative, art direction, styling, photography, and post-production

teams

• Manage budgets, timelines, and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time

and within budget

• Supervise on-set operations and logistics during shoot days

• Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors (studios, locations, crew, set design,

etc.)

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders

• Ensure quality, consistency, and brand identity across all produced assets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fashion Producer within a brand, agency, or production

company

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail

• Deep understanding of fashion production standards and workflows

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English
