Tiger Private is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to support a Milan based Private Family Office with general day to day operations assistance along with investment execution, financial reporting, and personal administrative tasks.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Principals by updating their artwork inventory and coordinating family shipments in addition to executing trades as instructed, reconciling accounts, and producing clear financial reports across multiple asset classes and global markets.

The role requires precision, discretion, and excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Operations : Execute trades across asset classes (equities, crypto, commodities, etc.), reconcile transactions, maintain accurate global account records, and prepare periodic investment reports (P&L, balance sheets, performance summaries). Liaise with custodians and wealth managers to verify data integrity.
  • Financial Administration : Oversee bank account reconciliations, cash flow reporting, expense processing, invoice approvals, and recurring payments. Support personal finance administration, including insurance claims and reimbursements.
  • Project & Compliance Support : Assist with budgets for real estate and other projects, coordinate with accountants internationally for reconciliations and tax filings, and ensure accurate documentation of payments, contracts, and sensitive records.
  • Additional Private Support : Light personal calendar support for Principals & their Estate. Maintain artwork inventory, coordinate shipments, and compile annual carbon offset reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Solid background in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations; ideally for a Family Office or Private Client.
  • Advanced Excel and financial reporting proficiency; strong reconciliation and reporting accuracy.
  • Tech-savvy (MacOS, Gmail) with basic IT troubleshooting ability.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish an advantage.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks across time zones.
  • Strong communication skills, discretion with sensitive data, and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

This is a Monday-Friday Office based role, 10am-7pm, based in Milan, Italy. The closest tube station is Tricolore.
