About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Failure Analysis Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges. In this role, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, working at the technical core of our organization. You’ll collaborate closely with quality engineers, development teams, and manufacturing departments.
Your main responsibility is performing Root Cause Analyses on high-tech electronic and mechatronic products that are returned from customers or internal production. The insights you provide will be crucial for driving quality improvements and preventing recurrence of failures. In addition, you will play an active role in defining containment measures for non-conformities, ensuring a smooth and reliable production flow.

Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a technical role, ideally involving analysis or testing of electronic systems (e.G., failure analysis, root cause analysis, defect analysis, or electronics repair).
- Strong interest in electronics, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
