Faculty Coordinator (Remote | Full-time)
GBSB Global Business School is looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to support the coordination of academic activities across programs.
This role focuses on ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of teaching operations, working closely with faculty and academic teams in an international, English-speaking environment.
About the role
In this position, you will support the coordination of teaching staff and academic schedules, contributing to the effective delivery of courses and maintaining high academic standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of faculty recruitment, including screening, shortlisting, and selection of lecturers based on academic and program requirements
- Process and maintain records of teaching staff, including archiving CVs and academic documentation
- Coordinate the collection of required legal and academic documentation and support the preparation and issuance of teaching contracts
- Organize and support school administrative processes related to faculty and academic operations
- Develop and manage academic timetables for each term, ensuring alignment with program structure and faculty availability
- Monitor timetable implementation and coordinate adjustments to classes when needed
- Liaise with faculty and academic teams to ensure smooth delivery of teaching activities
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a candidate who brings:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- Previous experience in academic coordination, higher education administration, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate schedules effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with academic staff and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
