Adecco is seeking an experienced HRBP to lead HR activities in our factory located in Gorizia, Italy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor relations and HR management, capable of transforming HR processes globally.
The HRBP will work closely with managers to assist with staffing decisions, implement HR policies, and oversee the recruitment process.
