Facility Manager – Protected Categories Staff (Italian Law “n. 68/1999”)

F&M Ingegneria is looking for a candidate, belonging to the Protected Categories Staff according to the Italian Law n. 68/99, to be placed in the main office in Mirano (VE) with the role of Facility Manager .

The figure will be responsible for :

• Supervision and operational management of office spaces with the objective of maintaining order and decorum and detecting any faults/disruptions (meeting rooms, common areas etc.);
• Supporting users in receiving and handling reports related to the environment and safety;
• Support in various activities such as management of external services related to the company car fleet, document filing etc.;
• Accompanying internal/external staff to third-party locations.

The job involves interfacing with all company functions.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma / Professional Qualification;
• Possession of the Italian “B” driver’s license;
• Registration in the Protected Categories Staff, in accordance with Italian Law 68/99;
• Previous experience in office management or similar roles;
• Good familiarity with computer tools (in particular, Office);
• Reliability and sense of responsibility;
• Good organizational skills;
• Excellent communication skills and predisposition to work in a team.

The person is expected to be hired on a part-time basis.
