What You Will Do
- Manage and coordinate technical operations and maintenance
- Ensure operational and technical functionality of assigned properties
- Supervise technical services, subcontractors, and external providers
- Monitor service contracts, compliance, and warranty periods
- Prepare budgets and regular technical reports
- Act as a key contact for property owners and stakeholders
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in facility management or a similar technical role
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in project and risk management
- Confident user of MS Office
- Independent, proactive, and team-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel
Languages
- English: fluent
- German: an advantage
